Collar unbalanced, back neck shape too scooped causing collar to be squared, neckline too tight, back yoke has a bubble at CB, not enough shoulder slope causing neckline to stand away from the shoulder, sleeve twisting and does not have movement built in where 2 Pc sleeve seam meets the armhole.

Collar rebalanced laying nice on body, neckline shape & transition fixed, Back yoke shape corrected, revised to a 2'' shoulder slope, rebalanced sleeve, built in movement where 2 pc sleeve seam meets the armhole, and added more articulation in the elbow.
